Spaghetti sauce usually tastes like spaghetti sauce. But the spaghetti sauce Ria made today tastes great and unique.
Ria Hueper usually helps her mom with cooking dinner, sometimes lunch, and occasionally with snacks. Her family calls her "The little chef."
"We're making spaghetti sauce tonight. We have herbs, tomato sauce, Keen-wa gluten free noodles, so that Dad can have it since he's slightly allergic to gluten. The herbs we are putting in it are bay leaves, a little bit of Israeli herbs, and parsley," Ria said.
Ria hopes to possibly be a chef one day, when she grows up.
"I think I'll work as a chef for a few years, maybe," she exclaimed. "Maybe even an Italian restaurant. I love Italian food!"
The spaghetti sauce tastes like a traditional spaghetti sauce, except its slightly sweeter and has a salty, smoky flavor.
When the Huepers sit down tonight to eat, they certainly will enjoy their delicious food!

A cooking tip from Ria for sauces:
1.Most professionals use wooden
spoons, because they don't want
it to taste metallic, or get tiny
chunks of plastic in it.
It tastes better and is healthier and
better that way. Use a wooden spoon!

Thanks you guys so much for reading! I wanted to interview someone about something as if I was in a daily newspaper, and so I interviewed Ria about her spaghetti sauce she made tonight! ( It is VERY good!) I used a voice recorder, and a pen and note pad. I'll try and interview some people for the Murder Mystery, and to write all about it.

The Snow Blizzard~
Right now we are having a small snow blizzard, which is very unusual for Homer, Alaska. I just hope we don't lose electricity so I can keep blogging.
I better finish, just in case the electricity goes out and all my work is deleted. Thanks for reading!
Remember.... I love it when you leave comments! :)
