CCC Holds a Mystery Murder DinnerBy Tara Hueper

At CCC (Christian Community Church) on Friday night, April 9th, 2009, there was a Murder Mystery dinner.

“Once you sign up to be there, you get a card telling what your character is. You have to dress up and act like your character. When you come to the party, they give you a piece of paper saying if you had a weapon, where you were when the murder happened, and why you were there, and a notepad to use to ask people questions,” commented Marilyn Hueper, dressed up as a gypsy.

While the Murder Mystery was being held, there was a finger food dinner served while guests interviewed each other. Near the end, the guests wrote down who they thought was the murderer on a small piece of paper, and put it in a small bowl. Then the hosts would announce who guessed correctly.

“I’m glad CCC held this Murder Mystery dinner. It’s a good chance to get together and have fun with your friends,” Abigail Flory said that night.

Many of the guests enjoyed the dinner, and hope to do it again next year.
